Currently, I'm a postdoc in Steve Henikoff's lab at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.  I'm generally interested in the evolutionary role of losses in gene function.  My training and experience is primarily in population genetics (especially balancing selection) and genome analysis.  More on my project in the Henikoff lab as it evolves.
